Let's compare us to the first line of defense against wear and tear, mouldy silicone seals, tired walls, crooked floors and leaky taps. We also carry out lettings related safety checks, like Portable Appliance Tests (PAT) or Legionella Risk Assessment (LRA).
It is a good practice to carry out PAT test annually. We charge £45 for a PAT test up to 20 items.
All landlords or letting agents should carry out a legionella risk assessment at least every 2 years. We charge £40 for LRA.
Silicone seals stop water ingress - faulty seals lead to costly repairs. Our prices start from £50 for seal replacement.
